30+ years of operations leadership experience: Dan has owned and operated Asalient Consulting since 2014. He is a former executive with 30+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain leadership and optimization. Following his military service as an Army officer, he has held roles leading multi-plant operations, led global projects driving relocations and process standardizations to improve scale economies, and had C-Suite executive roles (VP Ops/COO) leading operations with international responsibilities. His consulting experience has been in contracted leadership roles or project management roles to effect rapid change, manage significant reorganization and consolidation activities and facilitate organizational effectiveness in legacy operations in multiple domestic and international locations, both in the Fortune 500 and PE spaces. Dan also has extensive experience running major projects to build, launch or repurpose plant operations in the specialty chemical, renewable fuels, agrochemical, and building/construction products industries. He has extensive experience working cross-functionally to drive customer centric priorities and build collaborative relationships with external agencies and regulators.
